July 24th reminds us of our pioneer ancestors and then we might have the urge to learn more.
The local "camp" of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers meets the 2nd Wednesdday of the Month at 10am at the Bowdish Building.
There is a Summer hiatus, so the next meeting will be September 8th.
Lessons are given about communities or ancestors.
Membership in the organization allows you to search the Salt Lake Museum archives for histories and pictures submitted about your ancestors.
Pauline Quick is the local camp Captain this year. Contact her for additional information.
NOTE: You don't have to have Utah pioneer ancestors to be welcomed at the meetings. Please join in.
