Why do we have agency? To learn.
We are happy when we are free to make our own agency.
Because we are able to choose we are responsible for our actions.
Right choices increase our power to make more right choices.
Choosing right builds Spiritual Muscles.
But we are not free to choose the consequences of our actions.
Some Enemies of Agency include Additions of any kind, even eating, watching TV, etc.
Debt, discourgement and even Traditions can be enemies of Agency.
Aids to Agency include Holy Ghost, Examples of the Savior, Prayer, Scriptures, Testimony, Fasting, Ordinances, Prophets and our patriarchial Blessings.
May we all strive to make correct choices to increase our Spiritual Muscles.
